This is a vintage Seiko wristwatch from the 1930s with a small second feature. The watch has a silver dial, a stainless steel case in silver color, and a great designed case. It is a manual winding watch with a 30mm case size and a fixed bezel. The watch is for parts or repair and has a snap caseback.
