This is a well used ELGIN Grade 485, model 1 from 1931 size 4/0s, 7 jewel movement in a cushion style Illinois ELGIN nickel case. The movement sets, but is fully wound and seems to have a balance problem. Case measures 29.6mm wide without crown and has large 19.5mm lugs. Original skeleton hands (hr hand missing infill), and the crystal is good, with light scratches. Case body is worn and scratched on all sides, including bezel.
