This is vintage Soviet watch Moskva (Moscow) with a central seconds hand. It was produced in USSR in the end of 1950s at the 1st Moscow Watch Factory. The movement contains 16 ruby jewels. The movement is mechanical and needs to be wound once a day. The watch is in used condition and has got some signs of use.
