I am no watch expert. All I can do is tell you what I know. This watch runs, but runs fast. 60 seconds on a stop watch is approximately 98 seconds on this watch. One minute on the watch is about 37 seconds on the stop watch. As I wear it, while moving around, the movement works (fast). There were a couple of times that I looked down and it had stopped then starts right back up when I pick it up or move it. Right now, it has been sitting on a table for 30 minutes and still running.
