Here we have a good example of a 1968 Omega Constellation Chronometer in an 18ct gold case. It is the reference 168.018 with the case having the poincon de maitre 352 for Serva SA. It has a well sized 35mm case with the bezel having the satin brushed sunburst finish. The screw back has the well-defined Observatory motif. The dial is a silver tone with the satin brushed finish.
