1988 Rare Skeletonized Swiss Made Swatch Pop Watch, Pop Swatch. Not Working

This rare example of a Swatch Skeleton Tourbillion watch is in reasonable used condition visually, but unfortunately it is nor working despite having a new battery. The crystal has minor blemishes when examined closely and the watch would benefit from a smarter strap as the current one is, I believe a not very complementary replacement. This watch would be a good addition to a display collection and is priced very attractively when you see that working examples are priced between £150 and £350...
