1990 Black And Blue Dial, Swiss, Swatch Scn102 Chronograph Swatch. Not Working!

This 22 jeweled Swiss made Swatch Chronograph"SNC102" is called Silver Star and dates from circa 1991. Unfortunately despite fitting a new battery the watch does NOT work. How difficult this is to resolve I don't know. Cosmetically the watch would benefit from a better strap as the current one is well used.
