2 Art Deco Wristwatches, Elgin And Wests, Not Running, Plus Nice Watch Band

From the estate of an antique dealer who retired in early 1990's. 2 watches that I would categorize as Art Deco so probably 1930's. Both are in AS IS condition and are not running. The first reads "Elgin De Luxe" 17 jewels and has missing second hand. Has an expandable metal watch band labelled "Rex USA" which is damaged; I don't have any idea whether this is original to the watch. 2nd watch is labelled on face "Wests" and "Antimagnetic Unbreakable Mainspring" and has a very nice art deco patter...
