I don't know a lot about the history of this watch. It has a cheap 'the band' band on it. I put it in the drawer. I pulled it out Tuesday, found it is a mechanical watch, wound it some, and it keeps time until it winds down. I'm afraid to over-wind it, so when it stops I reset the time, wind it some more, and off it goes.My research indicates it is a WWII era watch. Case measures 33mm, pull-out crown, 17mm lugs. Face is a parchment color with a little discoloration around the center of the dial....
