This is a Hamilton Illinois ladies wrist watch that is marked 10 K Gold Fill. I did not try to open the watch but left it as is. The presentation box has a movable holder for the watch which twists and turns when you open the box so the watch comes straight out. I tried to wind it but the stem does not turn. It must have been wound too tight. It is a beauty of a watch that needs to be repaired....
