BURAN (Shturmanskie) Vintage USSR Military Chronograph cal. POLJOT 3133 (Valjoux 7733) The watch is in good condition, with signs of use. It's currently not working, some parts may be missing or broken- please refer to the last two photos of the movement as they're part of the description).
