Baume Mercier 18k Gold Watch Cartier Signed Dial /w Box 35094 1980s Sapphire

A One of a kind Baume Mercier watch that was sold by Cartier, with the Cartier Branding on the dial. The dial is on the rougher side as seen in pictures, but that adds to the appeal. Signature Cartier box with the snakeskin leather pattern. The reference seems to be 35094 and serial 338484. The case size seems to be 1 inch. This wasn't serviced and most likely will need a service. It winds and runs, how true I am not sure. I am unsure if it's the 1970s or 80s. Will need a new band....
