This is a near mint condition Bulova 96B257 blue dial stainless Precisionist movement watch (smooth sweep second hand) with a new stainless Bulova bracelet. It keeps absolute perfect time. It has a new battery. Most of these models come with a leather band. I installed a genuine Bulova stainless 22mm bracelet that really makes this special. It is also 100meter water resistant.
