This is a 1965 Bulova Accutron gold fill tuning fork watch -with original double signed accutron band w/ gold fill tuning fork buckle. This watch was running perfectly (ie staying within the approximate 1 minute per month upper and lower limits), but once it started gaining a few seconds per hour, I stopped running it and removed its battery. Surely, it just needs a service, as a reputable accutron technician explained. Again..this watch is running fast at this point, but the coil is operational...
