Certina 34mm Vintage Watch W/ Sub Dial (runs, Needs Work)

Certina 34mm vintage watch w/ Sub dial and cream face. 18mm lug width. Watch is in good overall condition, and runs, but if you pull on the crown, the crown and stem will all come out, and the time cannot be adjusted. I have taken it to a watch repair shop and they have suggested that the setting lever, stem and crown all need rectifying, but that is all I know. Any questions, please feel free to ask....
