Citizen Chronograph Wristwatch

This watch works but I don't lnow how to set it! It doesn't have a stem like the watches I am used to. All the hands seem to move when buttons are pressed and it does run and keeps time, just can't figure out how to set the correct time. So with that being I am selling for parts or repair, there may not be anything wrong with it. From a late watchmakers estate and am selling as is and as found. Please let the pictures be a part of your guide as to condition and thank's for looking....
