This is a near mint mens Citizen CQ presidential style gold tone quartz watch from 1983 or '93. Comes with original box, manual, and extra links. This watch is fully functional and has new batteries installed. This watch is in stellar condition. There is some light tarnishing on the lug, clasp, and a portion of the bracelet which i have provided close up photos of.
