I acquired this watch from an estate sale and This does keep time correctly and the second hand dial will spin them stop with push of top right button then when pushed again will go back and do seconds again the others move also with button pushes. It's also possible it could use tune up. Not familiar with bthese. It's quite possible it's totally working correctly but I'm not sure how to fully test. This has scratches on the back and shows some use but actually looks nice. This Citizen Promaster...
