This duo dial doctor's watch has been recently fully serviced the proper way with a new Marshall mainspring indeed. This is a gold filled top with a snap in stainless steel back. This case is 38mm long and wide less the crown it is 23mm. There are no personal engravings on the back of this case. The dial has patina changes though original never altered nor touched as it is factory original. The hands are "Blued" leaf design and original to this movement.
