Has a brand new battery. Works great. Needs a new leather band, which can be found here on eBay or Amazon for about $30. I removed the decorative clip at the 3 o'clock position because I didn't like how it partially blocked the hands and numbers in that area. I can put it back on for you if you leave a comment to do so. Great watch overall, enjoyed it immensely....
