Doctor`s Watch Elgin Shockmaster Automatic watch. Dates back to the 1950's. The SIGNED 10k gold filled case measures 26.3 mm wide not including the recessed crown and is 36.6 mm long. Has 5/8 inch lugs. The case shows only some minor wear on the case back edges. The SIGNED dial has some dirt that should clean off but I have not tried to do it myself. It appears to be an original dial. I call this a "Doctor's" watch as there is an outer 0 to 60 second chapter ring for measuring the pulse of a pat...
