Elgin 19 jewel movement runs, winds and sets. It’s one piece case back is badly scratched due to improper attempts to open one piece case. Plated finish is worn on all sides. Winds,sets, and runs a little fast. Movement is unknown since I do not have the tools to remove crystal and stem from case. Crystal has some scratches. Included is a 6” to 10” Foster 1/20 10k gf band not installed. Case measures 31.5 mm, lugs almost 18mm. Case back stamped waterproof but seal may not be intact. Sold w...
