Elgin men's dress watch FG1504 017 VJ21 Got it about 13-14 years ago for my birthday and has been in a drawer roughly for that time. I don't know much about it apart from it being an Elgin watch, it worked the last time it had a battery in it but it doesn't have a battery in it currently, unsure if it works. Has some scuff marks on the bottom wrist of the watch as shown in the photos, is missing only one of the gems as far as I could see....
