This is a beautiful round vintage Elgin manual wind watch with a luminous dial. Center seconds hand. The case says it's waterproof, but it probably needs a new gasket to be waterproof. It also says dust and magnetism resistant. This watch requires a service to keep time. I can wind it, and it ticks when it's wound. I can set the time properly. The case is in great condition.
