Powers on and buttons do something but not sure it is fully functional. I think the upper button is a little sticky so it is not easy to set. It had been without power for years so maybe it just needs time. May need a little greasing or cleaning to improve things. Very nice looking watch with original band. Might be possible to get an extension for the buckle to make it bigger. Ships ground or priority mail....
