Gruen Curvex 17 Jewel wristwatch. Probably made in the early 1940's. The case bezel has heavy wear. The case back wore all the way through, and somebody tried to solder the holes. The movement starts running very weakly when wound and shaken. It stops within a minute. Hands set, but the watch stops running when they're moved. The dial has spots, stains, and scratches.
