For sale is a beautiful piece of horological history, made by Hamilton in the late 1920s. WW1 demonstrated that wristwatches were much more convenient than pocket watches, and so the first generation of trench watches were born. Around 1924 Hamilton first released this ‘cushion’ style of piece, and marketed them towards men of action (sporty individuals).
