There is a mechanical issue with the movement - most likely from shock / a drop. The time can be set by pulling out the crown and both hands move, however, with the crown back in the watch will not wind, nor does it tick. I don't have the skills to fix this myself, I did some research and maybe it could be Mainspring Replacement or Crown Stem or Keyless Works Repair maybe?? I don't know, but maybe an enthusiast or watch repair skilled person can resolve this fairly easily ( I recently sold this ...
