As good as it gets for the purest of heart as this piece has the original factory patina dial, case, IWC "Fish" signed crown and original hands. I have tested the top case and it is 14 karat solid gold. The back is signed as the scan shows you and stainless steel with the serial number 1,331,620 which tells me this high-grade timepiece was produced at the IWC Swiss factory in the year 1954.
