Condition: the watch is in good used condition as per the photos. It is running, but may need a service, so is priced accordingly. Incipio watches were released in the early 1990s by TokeiBegin Magazine. (Tokei is Japanese for “watch”). They were offered to customers of the TokeiBegin magazine who entered a one entry lottery draw to buy the limited run of between 200-300 watches.
