Longines Conquest Automatic Movement 1966 - Project - Faulty Rotor

Got tis in a lot from a watchmaker estate. I don't have the skill to service this, but it looks clean, and wants to run. Pictures/video are the best way to see what this is, so take a look. It's a 291 caliber and matches a picture off of the Longines website plus a few other forums online. Here the issue: the rotor doesn't do a great job of winding the ratchet wheel.
