Seconds hands is damaged and loose inside case. Crown does not set the time nor date as hands do not move. Seiko Kinetic 6M42-0A79 - Case and crystal exhibits heavy wear with scratches and cracks. Crown sets time and date as hands move freely. Hands move when rotor is spun but doesn't keep a charge. Seiko SQ 2623-0050...
