Mens Elgin Sportsman Chronogragh Watch New Battery Keeps Good Very Heavy

Watch needs a further cleaning it was probably owned by a painter it had paint specks everywhere I cleaned most but gave up in the summer got too busy...the battery is new but has been sitting in it and a fairly common one to get...I pull the crown out to stop it and save the battery life.....I never played with the date part I assume it works....low start price....date works...spin it around 24 hours and it flips over.....also my wrist is a 7 inch and this watch is loose an me so I would say it...
