Rare 1950s chronometer with sweep second hand, manual wind. I have run it checking for a week now, against time.gov, and it is accurate within a few seconds a day -- maybe 2 or 4. Just back from overhaul with New Orleans Watchmaker E. Suriano. Shiny case with complete plating, inside is mint as shown. Some normal use scratches on back of case. Acrylic crown is now known to be original to the watch -- quite the "improvement" making for lighter weight and shatterproof. The crown has been polished ...
