I personally bought this brand new as a gift to myself. The original box, papers, link and pin are included. I just had the battery changed on 12/26/22 at the store where I originally bought it from and it operates as it should. I took a photo of the inner backing at the store when the back/case was removed to replace the battery. Crystal is perfect with only minor surface scratches on the bezel from normal wear.
