Comes as shown. Scratches all through the band and dial but could be polished out. Everything seems to work fine but please not top pusher can sometimes get stuck. Could be a simple cleaning need but doesn’t get stuck often. Other thing to note is the way to change the date is done buy setting the crown to the first position and it will only advance the hour to quickly change the date....
