Mystery Swiss Watch Movement, Approx 15j, Small Seconds, Spares/repairs

Selling a small watch movement of unknown origin. The movement appears to be a 15-Jewelled movement from around the 1920s-30s. The movement has a Swiss cross followed by 2001 on the rear which I cannot link to any other movement. I wonder if this is a swiss company registration/patent number 2001 but I don’t know. The craftsmanship reminds me of Helvetia, or other German-speaking region-based watchmakers based in North-eastern Switzerland. Currently not working so of course being sold as spare...
