Needs Repair - Casio Ef-527 "edifice" Men's Stainless Steel Quartz Watch Wr100m

This watch was my father's and it appears that this one was kept in storage. There are some scuff marks and scratches on the back due to the back being opened. Minimal scuff marks anywhere else. It appears to keep time but the second hand doesn't move. The stop watch hand seems to keep track of seconds instead.
