Omega ref 346C cal 1455 Quartz 14K Yellow Gold & Diamond Bezel Vintage Watch. This beautiful lady Omega watch has a 14k yellow gold case measuring approximately 19mm x 19mm x 5mm thick. The brushed case back is stamped "14K Gold", and is engraved "Sept. 1946 Sept. 1986 R.J.S. to C.S.S.". The case has a very light patina and minor wear for it's age, as pictured.
