Original 1980's CASIO DW-5600 G-Shock - new battery. Stainless steel case with polished stainless screw-back, and mineral glass crystal. (The modern DW-5600E has a plastic case). All functions are working, including small side-light and chirping sounds as you move between modes. The four screws that hold the bezel on are present and easily removed as shown.
