Vintage ELGIN Starlite Ladies 10K GF 17-jewel Wind-up Watch Classic Art Deco. This stylish, art-deco-style watch was my grandmother's, which I am sure she bought at Cincinnati's H & S Pogue's Department Store, where she worked as an assistant Buyer for over 30 years.
