Make- Bulova Crystal- The crystal is in overall good condition. Dial- The Bulova dial has a great design. The word Bulova has a nice patina tone around it. The dial is in overall great condition. It's in such nice condition it was possibly refinished, however under a loupe it doesn't appear to be in my opinion, see photos.
