Rare Bulova 25 Accurate Qz Wristwatch - Very Old, Wind-up

Really old and I have no idea what it's worth. It's a wind-up and twisting crown it sounds like it's winding up and doesn't go the other way. I think it might be overwound? if that is a thing. The watch hands move when you pull on the crown. This watch looks like it's in good shape, old and has some wear.The band is good too....
