Rare Impossible To Find Bakelite Pierez Made In Italy Vintage Wristwatch Retro

Impossible to find, PIEREZ,MADE IN ITALY vintage rare wristwatch Bakelite (I think). RECTANGULAR with round timepiece. Glass has a crack but is stable. Metal is gold tone. The band looks like leather to me (?), is cut off on the tip but fits a small adult wrist. The closure works well- a band hole hooks on to a prong and folds into the metal folding closure. It works well, closes securely. ON THE LAST HOLE CLOSED IT MEASURES APPROX 8". THE BAKELITE? MEASURES APPROX 1 3/4 X 1 X 1/4". I DON'T KNOW...
