My father-in-law visited Russia ~ 2008 and bought this used watch there. It winds up fine and works. There is a bit of wear on the winding knob, ie some of the chrome seems to have worn off, showing the brass under the chrome. This is a vintage Raketa Arctic North Pole 24 HR wristwatch for men, featuring a mechanical hand-winding movement and a 12-hour dial with a unique multicolor design.
