Rare Elgin Avigo WatchCa. 1932 The Avigo was line by Elgin introduced in 1929 for the Air Corpsto aid in reading the dial better as it only had the numbers12, 3, 6 and 9. Luminous markers were placed at the other hour marks. The watch has been recently serviced and is running and keeping time. There is wear to the case - scratches etc... but it closes well.The movement is a 7 jewel, 4/0 size. The hands are original and show losses of lume material. Strap not included.
