Very nice 1930’s Omega Manual Wind in 18k gold. Watch is running but will require service. I believe the movement is 20F and dates to approximately 1934. Case measures approximately 22mm x 39mm. Dial looks original to me but I will leave that up to you or the experts to determine that. I am not certain. Sold as-is in running condition ( winds and runs slowly) but requiring service.
