Not running but if you shake it the chronograph needle moves a little. You can rotate the inner bezel without any issue and you can press all buttons as expected. You can change the day by pressing the crown and the date by rotating the crown in the first position. You can set the time with crown in the second position. Please judge the condition of the watch based on the pictures. There are no case marks so service history is unknown....
