It’s very rare. Everything works all buttons except sound can’t hear anything has new battery installed and spring and piezo plate are good don’t know why I can’t hear it maybe a reset needed or something I don’t understand so sold as is. Has long band with an extension installed as well. I can’t find a manual anywhere but I set time hold down bottom left and use other buttons. I figured out how to enable and set alarm but no sound.
