I did not even attempt to change the battery on this watch, it looks more complicated than what I am used to. So it may or may not work with a battery change. The inside of the band has some kind of gunk on it, but only inside. There is also some gunk in the corners on back. Needs cleaning badly. Disclaimer: Please note that I live in a smoking household.
